Custom web design for Celebration, coded from scratch

Celebration is a planned town wedged against Walt Disney World, and for most service businesses here the website does the job a storefront would. We build those sites by hand, in code, so they load fast, read clearly on a phone, and carry a structure that search engines and AI systems can follow. Orlando based, month to month, and you own all of it when we are done.

What a Celebration website is up against

Celebration is a small planned town in Osceola County, built by Disney in the 1990s and laid out to be walked. It has a real downtown and a real identity. What it does not have is a border that customers or search engines respect.

Someone looking for a plumber, a roofer, a dentist, or a cleaner is pulling results from Kissimmee, the US 192 corridor, and the wider stretch of southwest Orlando. They open three or four sites in a row and decide in seconds which ones look like a real business. That decision usually happens on a phone, and often it belongs to a person who has never driven past your shop and never will: a seasonal resident, a vacation rental manager, a family renting a house for the week.

That is the job your site has here. It is not a brochure backing up a storefront, because most service businesses in this area have no storefront a customer will ever see. The website is the storefront. It has to say who you are, exactly where you work, and what happens when someone calls, on the first screen, on a phone, in bad light.

We will not re-argue search here. The ranking side, including the map pack and the odd problem of a town named after an ordinary English word, lives on our Celebration SEO page. This page is about what that work stands on: the site itself. For the metro view, see Orlando web design.

What custom web design actually means

We build websites by hand, in code. No WordPress, no page builders, no theme bought from a marketplace and bent into shape. That is a practical decision, not a purist one.

A template carries the weight of every feature you will never use. Plugins stack up, scripts load, pages get slower, and each update is another chance for something to break at a bad time. When we write the markup ourselves, the page holds what it needs and nothing else, so it loads fast on a phone at the far end of a parking lot. The structure underneath, the headings, the schema, the internal links, is exact, because we put it there on purpose instead of hoping a theme handled it.

Custom also means the site is shaped around your business instead of the reverse. A pool service, a med spa, a property management company, and a roofer do not need the same pages, forms, or first screen. We settle that per build. The approach is on custom web design, the technical side on how we build and web development.

One more thing custom means: the words. We write the copy, grounded in what you actually do and actually sell. Expect a lot of questions, and where we do not know something, we ask instead of inventing it. Nothing goes on your site that you cannot stand behind on the phone.

How we work with Celebration businesses

Here is the honest version. Kelly Webmasters and Marketers is an Orlando company, and Celebration sits inside our own metro. This is home ground for us, not a market we studied for an afternoon so we could write this page.

We are not going to oversell that either. We keep no office and no crew in Celebration, and we will not name local clients we do not have or quote results we cannot show you. Building a website is screen work regardless: the same call, the same shared screen, the same review links, whether the client is in the next county or on the other side of the country. A video call is the default because it is faster for both of us and puts you with the person actually building the site. When meeting in person is genuinely useful and you are in the metro, we can do that.

You deal directly with Brandon Kelly, the owner. Call (407) 694-2055, send a text, or email [email protected]. Texts reach a phone, not a call center. We are an Orlando company and have been working with local service businesses nationwide since 2008.

We build the same way in the towns around you: Kissimmee web design, Winter Park web design, and Lake Mary web design.

What is included in a build

Every build gets scoped on its own, but most Celebration projects include the following.

After launch, ongoing care is separate and optional. Website maintenance covers updates, backups, and small changes. Celebration SEO covers the ranking work.

How a build actually goes

1. A call and an honest look. We go through what you have now, what is working, and what you actually need. If you want a read before talking to anyone, run your site through the website report card, or ask for a free mockup or audit, which is a real page built for your business.

2. A plan on paper. Page list, sitemap, and what each page has to do. Scope and price get settled here, before anyone designs anything.

3. One real page first. We design and build an actual page, usually the homepage, in the browser. You look at the real thing on your own phone instead of approving a picture of a website.

4. Build and write. The rest of the pages get built and written. We come back to you for photos, service details, and anything we are unsure about.

5. Launch. Redirects from the old URLs, analytics, Search Console, sitemap submission, and profile details lined up. Nothing goes live half connected.

6. After. Maintenance, ongoing search work, or nothing at all. Your call, and it stays month to month.

Timeline depends on the size of the site and on how fast photos, details, and sign offs come back, which is almost always the real variable. Our guide on how long it takes to build a website covers what drives the schedule. You get a date with your quote.

What it costs

A custom website build runs $3,500 to $12,000+ one time. What moves you inside that range is page count, how much content has to be written, and whether the site needs anything beyond pages and forms. A focused site for a single service business sits near the bottom; a large one with many service area pages, or one carrying a store, sits higher.

Functionality is priced on its own: calculators from $600, most workhorse tools $1,500 to $4,000, online ordering or a small store from $3,500, and Tool Care at $75/month per tool if you want it monitored and kept current. The breakdown is on custom tools.

Ongoing search work is separate from the build and entirely optional. SEO or Local SEO runs $1,500 to $3,500/month for most businesses, and $3,500 to $7,500/month in competitive metros or for multi location companies. To sanity check any quote, including ours, the what should you pay tool and our guides on what a website costs and what SEO costs lay out the ranges and the red flags.

We do not publish a Google Ads management fee. The industry typically charges either a flat monthly fee or a percentage of your ad spend. We quote a flat number after a free consult, once we have seen what you are trying to do.

Everything is month to month. No long term contracts, and you own the site, the content, and the accounts either way. Ask for a quote and we will put real numbers on your project.

Common questions

What does a custom website cost for a Celebration business?

A custom build runs $3,500 to $12,000+ one time. Where you land depends on how many pages the site needs, how much content we write, and whether it needs functionality beyond pages and forms, such as a store or a calculator. Ongoing SEO is separate and optional at $1,500 to $3,500 per month for most businesses. Everything is month to month, with no long term contract.

Do you use WordPress, Wix, or a page builder?

No. Every site is hand-coded. A page builder ships you the weight of features you will never use, and every plugin update is another chance for something to break. Writing the markup ourselves means the page holds only what it needs, loads faster on a phone, and has a structure we controlled deliberately rather than inherited from a theme.

How long does a build take?

It depends on the size of the site and, honestly, on you. The build work is predictable. The waiting is usually photos, service details, and sign offs. Small sites move quickly, larger ones with many service area pages take longer, and adding a store or a custom tool adds time on top. You get a schedule with the quote.

Are you actually based in Celebration?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Kelly Webmasters and Marketers is an Orlando company, so Celebration is inside our own metro rather than a place we know from a map. We keep no office and no crew in town. Building a website is screen work anyway, so a video call is the default, and you deal directly with Brandon, the owner, by phone, text, or email.

Will a new site help me show up in Google and in AI answers?

A well built site is the foundation, not the whole job. We hand search engines and AI systems clean markup, clear answers, and a structure they can read, which is what any ranking work later stands on. On AI, be clear eyed: Google now sells ads in and around AI answers, so that space is not free of money. What no budget buys is the organic answer itself, which names businesses based on what those systems can verify about you.

Who owns the website when it is finished?

You do. The code, the content, the domain, the hosting, the analytics, and the Google accounts, all in your name. We do not hold a site hostage to keep a client, and we do not build on a proprietary platform you can only rent from us. If you leave, all of it goes with you and nothing has to be rebuilt.
