The partner program is white-label: you sell and own the client under your own brand, I produce the work invisibly, and you keep the margin between my wholesale rate and your retail price — including recurring margin on monthly marketing.

No. The program is fully white-label. Everything is delivered unbranded, reports carry your logo, and I never contact, market to, or identify myself to your client. A mutual non-circumvention agreement means I won't solicit your clients and you won't go around me — that protection runs both ways.
No. You handle sales and the client relationship; I handle all the production — design, development, SEO, AI Search, and reporting. Many of my best partners can't code or run SEO themselves; that's exactly why the arrangement works.
You bill and collect from your client directly. You pay me my wholesale rate: a 50% deposit before a website build begins with the balance due before launch, and monthly retainers billed on the 1st in advance. Because you own the client relationship, your obligation to pay me isn't contingent on when your client pays you.
No minimum to start and no long lock-in. We sign a simple, plain-English non-exclusive partner agreement covering wholesale pricing, white-label terms, payment, and mutual non-circumvention. Either side can end it with 30 days' notice, and in-flight paid work gets finished.
