We build custom-coded websites for service businesses in Casselberry and the rest of Seminole County. No WordPress, no page builder, no theme you share with a thousand other companies. You own the site, the content, and every account it touches, and no long-term contract holds any of it hostage.
Book a free consultation →Casselberry sits in Seminole County, a few minutes north of Orlando, with Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Winter Springs, Oviedo, and Winter Park all a short drive away. That location shapes how customers find you, and a template website ignores every bit of it.
Two things happen when somebody nearby needs a plumber, a dentist, or a roofer. Either they type the service plus the words "near me" and let their phone decide what counts as nearby, or they type the service plus "Orlando" because that is the name people use for the whole area. Very few of them type your city the way it reads on your business card. A website that says Casselberry once, in the footer, is invisible for both of those searches.
The second thing is a radius problem. Most Casselberry service businesses do not stop at the city line. They run calls up the 17-92 corridor, out toward Oviedo and Winter Springs, and down into Winter Park and Orlando proper. Your site should say that plainly, with real pages for the work and the places you actually cover, instead of one Services page and a hope.
This page is about the website itself. The search argument, keywords, map results, and how long any of it takes, lives on our Casselberry SEO page, and the wider metro picture sits on the Orlando SEO hub.
We do not use WordPress and we do not use page builders. Every site we ship is written by hand: real HTML and CSS, and only the JavaScript a page genuinely needs. Nothing is stacked on top of a theme that was designed for somebody else's business.
That choice buys a few concrete things. Pages load fast on a phone with two bars in a truck cab. There is no plugin stack to patch every other Tuesday and no update that quietly breaks your contact form. The layout follows your work instead of whatever the template's designer imagined, so a page can be built around your gallery, your service map, or your intake questions rather than the other way around.
The tradeoff is real and worth saying out loud. You will not be dragging blocks around in a visual editor at midnight. Most owners we talk to never actually did, but when editing matters we build it in on purpose, and only where you need it. A job board we built for a Philadelphia staffing agency is the clean example: the owner posts openings from her phone, and nothing else on the site is loose enough to break.
More on how our custom web design works, what we handle on the web development side, and the kinds of custom tools that can live inside a build.
The honest part first: we are not on your street. Kelly Webmasters and Marketers is based in Orlando and has been building for local service businesses since 2008, and we run Casselberry projects the same way we run projects in other states: video calls, phone, text, email, and one shared document that holds the whole build.
That model has limits, and you should know them before you hire anybody. We are not walking your shop floor on a Tuesday morning and we are not shooting your photos. When a build needs real photography, we say so and you hire a local photographer, because stock images of somebody else's crew do your business no favors. If what you want is an account manager sitting at your conference table every week, we are the wrong shop, and we will say so on the first call rather than after you sign.
What you get instead is a short line. No account layer, no ticket queue, no project bounced around three specialists who never compare notes. You can call (407) 694-2055 or text the same number and reach Brandon, not a call center. Everything runs month to month, and you own the site, the content, the domain, and every account we touch. If you ever leave, you leave with all of it.
A website is more than the pictures. Every build includes the parts that decide whether the thing works after launch:
If you want to see where your current site stands on most of this before spending anything, run it through the free website report card.
Same sequence every time, so you always know what happens next.
We will not print a number of weeks on a page written before we met you. The timeline depends on page count, how fast content and photos come back, and how many people have to approve things. You get a written schedule before the build starts, and if you want the general shape of it first, we wrote a guide on how long it takes to build a website. The shop's wider approach is on how we build.
The numbers are published because hiding them wastes both our time.
Everything is month to month. No long-term contract, no early termination fee, and you own the site, the content, and the accounts from day one. To sanity-check any of this against what other shops quote you, read how much a website costs and how much SEO costs, or run your own numbers in what should you pay.
No. Every site we build is hand-coded, with no WordPress and no page builder. That means no plugin stack to patch, no theme update that breaks your contact form, and pages that load fast on a phone. The tradeoff is that you are not dragging blocks around in a visual editor, so when you do need to edit something yourself, we build that specific editing into the site on purpose.
We do not, and usually we do not. We are based in Orlando and run Casselberry projects over video calls, phone, text, and email, the same way we run projects in other states. Brandon, the owner, is on every call and writes the code. If you want an account manager sitting at your conference table each week, we are honestly not the right shop for that.
A custom build runs $3,500 to $12,000+ one time. Page count, how much of the writing we handle, and any custom functionality decide where you land in that range. Ongoing SEO or Local SEO is separate and optional at $1,500 to $3,500 per month for most businesses, or $3,500 to $7,500 per month in competitive metros and for multi-location companies. Everything is month to month.
It depends on page count, how quickly content and photos come back from you, and how many people have to approve things, so we will not print a number on a page written before we met you. You get a written schedule before the build starts. The content step is almost always what moves the date, and our guide on build timelines walks through the rest of the drivers.
You do. The site, the content, the domain, the analytics, and any ad accounts are in your name from the start, and we work month to month with no long-term contract and no early termination fee. If you decide to move on, you take all of it with you and nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch. Holding a client's domain hostage was never a business model we wanted.
It helps, with an honest caveat. Google now sells ads in and around AI answers, so nobody can tell you that space is free of paid placement. What no budget decides is who the organic answer itself names. That comes from clear, well-structured, quotable content, which is what we build into the pages and what our AI search work extends after launch.
A well-built site earns some search visibility on its own, because structure, speed, and clean content are the foundation everything else sits on. Ongoing SEO is the part that keeps adding pages, answers, and authority over time. Plenty of owners launch a build and wait before starting monthly work. Our Casselberry SEO page covers what that work involves and what it costs.
