Our services, sorted by the job you need done

This is everything we do, arranged the way an owner tends to think about it: build it, get found, get leads, keep it running. Each service gets a few honest sentences and a link to the page that explains it properly. If you are not sure where you fit, the last two sections are written for you.

How this page is organized

Almost nobody walks in asking for "AI search optimization." They walk in with a sentence like "my site looks dated," or "I do not show up on the map," or "the phone goes quiet every January." So this page is grouped by the job to be done, not by the department that does it.

Every service below gets two or three sentences and a link. The linked page is where the real detail lives: what the work involves, how it runs, what it costs, and who it is wrong for. This page is a switchboard. If you already know what you need, jump to that group and click through.

One thing shapes the whole menu: we work with businesses where a phone call is the sale. We are Orlando-based, working with local service businesses nationwide since 2008. That focus is why this page is written for fencing contractors and dentists, not for app store launches or pitch decks.

Build it: the site and the software behind it

This group is about the thing itself, the site people land on and any software it has to run. If your website is the problem, or you do not have one yet, start here.

Custom website builds run $3,500 to $12,000+ one-time, depending on page count and how much of it has to be built rather than assembled. Custom tools are priced on their own: calculators from $600, most workhorse tools $1,500 to $4,000, online ordering or a small store from $3,500. For the longer version of that math, read how much a website costs and how long a build takes.

Get found: search, maps, and AI answers

A good site nobody can find is a brochure in a drawer. This group is about being present where people look, which is now three places at once: the classic list of links, the map, and the AI answer sitting on top of both.

Ongoing SEO or Local SEO runs $1,500 to $3,500/month for most businesses, and $3,500 to $7,500/month in competitive metros or for multi-location companies. It is patient work, so before you buy any of it, it is fair to read how long SEO takes and what SEO costs.

Get leads: turning attention into phone calls

Traffic is not the product. A ringing phone is. This group covers the paid, the measured, and the persuasive parts of getting there.

We do not publish a Google Ads management fee. Agencies typically bill either a flat monthly amount or a percentage of your ad budget, and we use the flat one, quoted after a free look at your market. Your ad budget stays on your own card and goes straight to Google either way.

Keep it running: the half nobody sells hard

This is the unglamorous side of owning a website, and it is where most sites quietly fall apart, usually a year or two after launch when nobody has opened them in a while.

Custom tools have their own upkeep line, Tool Care at $75/month per tool, which covers keeping a calculator or estimator working as browsers, rules, and prices change around it.

Not sure where to start? Pick by symptom

Most owners arrive with a symptom rather than a service. Here is the same mapping we would give you on the phone, at no charge.

There is more homework available if you want it. What should you pay gives you a fair range for the work you are weighing. The AIO readiness scanner and the llms.txt generator cover the AI side, and the local schema generator writes the structured data a lot of local sites are missing. There are more than 50 free tools published at kellywm.com/tools, no email wall.

If you would rather see than read, we will build you a free mockup of your own homepage, redesigned, before you spend a dollar. If you want to know how the work gets made first, how we build is the long version.

What every engagement has in common

The menu is long. The terms under it never change, whichever line you pick.

What you will not get from us is a promised ranking, a promised lead count, or a date by which any of this pays for itself. Nobody controls Google's results or an assistant's answer, and the people who say otherwise are selling the one part they cannot deliver. Tell us the symptom instead. Call (407) 694-2055, text the same number, or ask for a quote, and we will tell you which of these you need first and which can wait a year.

Common questions

Do I have to buy all of this?

No. Most engagements are one or two lines off this page, not the whole menu. A common start is a website build on its own, then a decision months later about whether ongoing search work is worth adding. We would rather you buy the one thing your business actually needs and judge us on it than sign up for a bundle you have no way to evaluate.

Which service should I start with?

It depends on which end is broken. If the site itself is dated or thin, start there, because every other service sends people to it. If the site is fine and nobody is finding it, start with search or the map. If the phone has to ring soon, ads are the only thing here that moves quickly. Tell us the symptom on a call and we will point at one, including "none of these" when that is the honest answer.

Can you take over a site another agency built?

Usually, as long as we can get real access. The first step is a look at what exists: where the site is hosted, who owns the domain, and what shape the analytics and Google accounts are in. Sometimes the honest recommendation is to keep what you have and fix a few things rather than rebuild. We tell you which before you commit to either one.

Do you work with businesses outside Orlando?

Yes. We are based in Orlando and work remotely with local service businesses around the country. Writing, building, and search work do not require anyone to be in the room. What we will not do is claim a local office in your city or imply there is staff sitting in it. You get the same person on the phone either way, and the same number to text.

Are these month to month, or is there a contract?

Month to month, all of it. No minimum term on ongoing work and no cancellation fee. A build is a one-time project with a deposit and milestones, and it ends when the work is finished rather than when a term runs out. The reasoning is simple: a contract that traps you is a contract we would end up hiding behind. Better to keep the work worth renewing.

Do you charge for the first conversation or a quote?

No. The consult is free, the quote is free, and so is a mockup of your homepage if you want to see the idea before you buy anything. You will not get a proposal with a countdown timer on it, and nobody is going to call you six times. If we think you do not need the thing you asked for, we say that on the first call.

What do you not do?

A fair amount. We do not sell backlink packages, we do not touch review gating or anything else that breaks a platform's rules, we do not build mobile apps for the app stores, and we do not chase national ecommerce brands. We also turn down work when the budget and the market plainly do not fit, which saves both sides a bad year. If your request sits outside this page, we will say so.
