Kelly Webmasters and Marketers ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit kellywm.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or use our AI chat assistant, we receive your name, email or phone number, and any message content you provide. When you call or email us directly, we receive whatever information you share.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard request data — IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps — for security and performance purposes. We may use cookies or similar technologies for basic analytics; we do not currently set advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and deliver services you've requested.
- Send transactional and project-related communications (e.g. proposals, status updates, invoices).
- Improve our website, services, and customer experience.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate this site and respond to inquiries. Each handles information per its own privacy policy:
- Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our email.
- Anthropic — powers the AI chat assistant on kellywm.com. Chat messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses.
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves the website, including basic security and edge-network logging.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete that information.
- Opt out of communications at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator if you believe your rights have been violated.
To make a request, email [email protected]. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA. If you are an EU/UK resident, you have additional rights under the GDPR.
Data retention
We keep contact form submissions and inquiry data for as long as it's useful for the relationship — typically the duration of an engagement plus a reasonable archival period — and then delete or anonymize it. Server logs are retained per Cloudflare's standard retention policy.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated on this page.
